Holiday Scheme
Every year for the last thirty years Penn Hall has organised a holiday scheme
for its pupils during the first week of the school holidays.
Last year staff organised the transport and escorting of over 50 pupils who took part in a fun activity week. Pupils took part in visits to the local cinema, theatre, Wolves football ground and local parks.
Many of the students took advantage of shopping trips to Telford, Merry Hill and Wolverhampton, and the 10 pin bowling activities were very popular.
Tournaments and activities were organised on the school grounds including swimming, a treasure hunt, football, basketball, water fights, listening to music and video games.
The week culminated with a “Who
wants to be a Millionaire” competition and BBQ on the Friday. A
fantastic time was had by all the pupils who are already looking forward
and planning
the 2007 scheme.
